Esperanza is thrilled to announce our second major project in the entertainment sector: a strategic collaboration to launch "Chris Wong 40th Anniversary Hong Kong Concert 2026". As a co-organizer, we are proud to celebrate this milestone for a local icon while redefining how entertainment is financed.

A common question we heard is: "What does FinTech have to do with a concert?" At Esperanza, we believe the entertainment industry is ripe for capital markets innovation. Traditionally, concert financing has been a "closed-door" asset class. We aim to change that by applying institutional-grade financial technology to bridge the gap between fans, investors, and the creative arts.

Dedicated Special Purpose Fund :
Esperanza will establish a special purpose fund specifically for this concert, allowing eligible investors to participate directly in the investment returns of the event.
Tokenization Roadmap :
In line with our FinTech Roadmap, the fund is designed to be tokenized (subject to regulatory approval). This infrastructure aims to provide seamless access, enhanced transparency, and a superior transfer experience compared to traditional private equity structures.

Esperanza's tokenized gold and tokenized investments continue to adhere to Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and common reporting standard for counter-tax evasion measures. Fintech solutions have enabled Esperanza to significantly reduce financing and operational costs, connecting products directly with end users. Esperanza's tokenized finance system will fully support the globalization of national economy and is committed to becoming an alternative solution for international trades and settlements.
