黃金、憑證與贖回：需要區分的三個層面

A physical gold bar, a digital redemption certificate and a redemption service are related parts of a product record. They are not interchangeable legal concepts.

Current Espetopia materials describe a one-kilogram cast gold bar with stated 99.99 percent purity, together with a gold-bar redemption service. The current terms remain the controlling source for eligibility, quantity, fees, timing, collection and jurisdictional availability.

The certificate should not be described as ownership of a particular bar before redemption unless the current approved documents expressly say so. Likewise, a nominee or custody statement should remain tied to the named product, entity and agreement that supports it.
