A real-world project, a legal instrument and a digital token are related, but they are not the same thing. The project is the underlying activity. The approved documents define the instrument, its rights and its risks. The token is the digital representation used within that structure.

Current Espetopia materials state that investment-token access is limited by Professional Investor eligibility and KYC. Those controls do not make every project continuously available, liquid or suitable for every eligible investor.

A dated transaction record answers a narrower question: what happened in that specific record. It does not by itself establish platform-wide volume, continuing liquidity, investment return or present availability.

The useful reading order is therefore simple: identify the underlying asset, open the product documents, confirm the responsible entity and eligibility controls, then read any later transaction evidence with its date and scope attached.
