Physical gold. A new way to move its value.
02 / A right to real gold

With ESPG
Seconds · no transfer feeExample balances. The record changes; the metal stays in custody.
In this example, 2,000 ESPG transfers from Account A to Account B. Account A changes from 10,000 to 8,000 ESPG; Account B changes from 0 to 2,000 ESPG. Holding ESPG is a redemption right, not ownership of a particular bar.
The bar never moves.
999.9 bullion, vaulted at Brink’s Hong Kong.
Either holder can redeem for allocated bullion.
04 / What you can check
A name behind
every responsibility.
The issuer of ESPG and the custodian of allocated bullion are different companies. Their registrations apply to their named activities, not to every product across the group.

05 / Redemption or allocated bullion
Two ways in.
Different rights.
Hold and transfer ESPG, or own a specific bar through allocated bullion. Two distinct offerings from Esperanza, with a clear choice of rights.
ESPG
A right you can move.
Hold and transfer a redemption right. Exchange 100,000 ESPG for one kilogram of 999.9 allocated bullion, subject to redemption terms.
The right becomes ownership when exercised. Not before.
Allocated bullion
A bar that is yours.
Buy a specific bar, allocated to your account by serial number, with its refiner certificate. Choose custody, collection or delivery.
Ownership from allocation. Held for your account by Esperanza Fintech (Nominees) Limited.

10 / Your questions
Clarity before
you decide.
One place for the details. Each answer identifies whether it applies to ESPG or the allocated bullion service.
Eligibility, pricing and redemption timing are governed by the product terms. Confirm current availability on Espetopia.
Explore gold on EspetopiaNo. ESPG does not represent an interest in a particular gold bar held by Esperanza Fintech (Commodities) Limited. It gives you a redemption right. Exchange 100,000 ESPG and you receive one kilogram of allocated bullion—a specific bar, with its serial number and refiner certificate. Ownership arises when you redeem, not before.
ESPG is built to be held and transferred, with a right to redeem the metal. The allocated bullion service is a separate purchase: a specific bar is allocated to you from the start and held for your account by Esperanza Fintech (Nominees) Limited. The two products have different rights and governing agreements.
No. Holding ESPG pays no yield. It is not a stablecoin and has no fixed-price peg. Gold prices can fall as well as rise.
You purchase specific physical bars, identified by serial number and recorded for your account, rather than a share of a pooled balance. The September 2026 bullion brochure describes this as allocated ownership held through a nominee. It is separate from ESPG, which provides a contractual redemption right and does not give holders ownership of a particular bar.
The brochure describes allocated bullion as client-owned metal, not an asset of Esperanza. The precise ownership, custody and recovery arrangements are governed by your signed purchase and nominee agreements and applicable law. Review those documents and obtain independent legal advice where needed; this page is not a guarantee of an insolvency outcome.
Esperanza Fintech (Nominees) Limited provides a monthly holding statement. The brochure also describes a quarterly count by an independent Hong Kong CPA, checked against custodian records. A physical count or agreed-upon-procedures engagement is not an audit opinion or assurance conclusion. The documents shown here are specimens, not proof of your own holdings.
The brochure specifies 999.9 fine gold sourced from an LBMA Good Delivery refiner. This describes the refiner’s standing, not an LBMA endorsement of Esperanza or a guarantee of resale terms. Your bar’s certificate records its identity and assayed gold content.
Consult the LBMA refiner listThe brochure identifies Heraeus Metals Hong Kong Limited as the supply channel and Argor-Heraeus SA in Switzerland as the refiner for the featured 1,000 g cast bar. Sizes from 1 g to 500 g are available on request. Confirm the precise bar and refiner in your order.
The brochure describes a verification and transfer-authorisation process supported by the will and relevant estate documents. Contact the bullion team for the documents required in your circumstances; release remains subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.
An all-in quote combines the market gold price with Esperanza’s margin. The price is fixed when the purchase is confirmed after funds arrive. Live indicative prices are available on Espetopia; the confirmed order governs your transaction.
View gold on EspetopiaBuy-back is available only for 1 kg bars that remain in custody. A price is quoted and settlement takes place at T+5, five business days after agreement. Bars that have been withdrawn or delivered are not eligible for this buy-back arrangement.
Entity accounts can be onboarded with the relevant constitutional documents, ownership and control information, and identification of authorised representatives. The team will confirm the documentation and onboarding requirements for the entity.
The brochure includes a Hong Kong tax overview, but tax treatment depends on your circumstances and destination. Confirm applicable taxes, duties and reporting obligations with your own tax adviser before purchase or delivery. Esperanza does not provide tax advice through this page.
Overseas delivery is subject to Brink’s route confirmation and a separate quotation. The buyer is responsible for applicable destination import requirements, VAT, duties and declarations. Confirm these before committing to an overseas shipment.
Collection is by the owner or, for a corporate account, a verified authorised representative, presenting original identification. The brochure does not permit collection by an unverified third-party proxy. Appointments and collection details must be confirmed with the team.
