The Network / Participation
More than watching from the sidelines.
Investors help fund a production. Audiences give it life. Our model recognises both, without confusing their rights.
Behind the investment
The starting point
Different ways to take part.
Espetopia connects verified users with investment products and separate experience offerings. What is available, and who can access it, depends on the product.
Back the investment. Enjoy the experience.
Investment and experience products serve different purposes.
Investment
An interest in a defined investment structure. Access is for eligible Professional Investors and governed by offering documents.
Experience
A specific benefit such as a seat, access or an experience. It is not an investment interest or a promise of financial return.
The audience is part of the story.
Priority seating, behind-the-scenes access and other defined benefits can bring people closer to a production. Each experience is described in its own offer and redemption terms.
